ELECTROFORMING
Nickel
electroforming is a special electroplating
method whereby complicated punches and cavities
can be reproduced with precision. The masters
can be of metal or plastic. Mirror or matt
finished all are copied faithfully. Size can
range from tiny precision gears to brief case
size. Nickel electroforming of ball-pen
cavities, complex gears, Fresnel lens, and Retro
reflex reflectors is a specialty. We can give
E-3 compliant standard Reflex-reflector inserts
as well as E-1 and for less demanding
applications we can supply commercial quality
punches. We have developed the expertise and
knowledge to make

warning triangle molds to suit ECE-27
regulations. We have imported ,pins to develop
curved reflex inserts for tail lamp
applications. Traffic delineators, wide angle
prisms for traffic stud applications can be
undertaken. Top quality retro-reflex molds and
punches for cycle safety requirements are also
available.
